Project

The Bulgari Hotel Roma, the ninth hotel in the renowned Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection, is a masterpiece that blends the past and modernity. Originally built in 1940, the building has been transformed into a contemporary monument thanks to the bold and visionary approach of ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The design of the Bulgari Hotel Roma celebrates the union of historic tradition and modern innovation.
Its 114 suites offer an unparalleled luxury experience, with details that pay homage to the brand's Roman and Mediterranean roots, creating a unique atmosphere of elegance and refinement.

The inspiration

The majestic mosaic rosettes are inspired by three celebrated high jewelry pieces from the Roman Maison's historic archive. Each rosette bears the original logo of the iconic boutique at Via Condotti 10, enriching the spaces with an exclusive tribute to Bulgari tradition and elegance.

Materials

The spacious and luxurious bathrooms feature four elegant color palettes. Each space is adorned with colored marble, accented with intricate mosaic rosettes that recall the opulence of Bulgari jewelry. The mosaic tiles, made from the same marble used for the wall coverings, create a visual and chromatic continuity that envelops each space in a refined and harmonious atmosphere.

In the Bulgari Suite, the bathroom tiles play on a diamond pattern, interpreted with travertine and Nero Marquina tiles paired with Calacatta and onyx for the walls. The sumptuous materials and rich textures are an expression of authentic luxury, blending craftsmanship and charismatic style.
